A tour that is accessible to everyone to discover the heart of the High Mountain. You are a strong walker and would like to see the glaciers and the snow capped peaks up close, here is the perfect occasion, no particular skills required. One day tours on snow shoes on the Mer de Glace at 2000 m altitude, at the foot of the Aiguille Verte, the Drus and the Aiguilles de Cham with the Grand Jorasses in the background. Group outings are offered every day and are take place according to the number of people signed up. Group prices 2010 : 123 euros per person, including : - snow shoes, poles - harness - mountianeering boot hire - return train and cabel car ticket with entrance to the ice grotto - The mountian guide Cost for private guide (guide’s fee) : 310 euros (from 1 to 8 persons) In this instance the equipement hire, transportation and lift tickets are at the client’s expense. |
