DECEMBER 23RD AND 24th:Ice fall training course in Chamonix.
2 days of climbing several ice falls, learning the techniques to progress, to belay, and to keep good spirits !

22 December : Ice fall at Les Houches : The viaduc Sainte Marie.
A beautifull water fall, icy only at this period when the weather is very cold because it's in the sun every afternoon.

18 December : Ice climbing in Cogne : Patri.
Magnificent ice fall in Italy (Cogne).Along the way (1hour) you walk with chamois and bouquetins.
It's 300 meters of ice climbing ending in a circus where you can choose the best way for you !

15 December : Randonne ski tour around the Aiguillette des Houches.
Beautiful way up in the forest to one of the gorgeous viewpoints on the Mont-Blanc.Sun, snow and wild ...

4 December : Ice climbing in Argentière. "Déferlante & Resac".
It's the beginning of the season for the crampons. Waterfalls aren't ready yet down in the valley but up in altitude it's perfect.

1st & 2 December : To warm up the muscles, ski touring in le Tour or les Houches is perfect.
A little bit of effort and some nice turns to enjoy this quiet time of the season.


Skiing up is great ...
