29 January : Skiing the Grand Envers du Plan.
A great ski descent from the Aiguille du Midi straight down to the Requin hut. Two very steep parts requiring a strong technique because falling isn't an option !

What a gorgeous start ...

Congratulations to Jeremy ...

Beautiful conditions
at the "EMHM" route

"An ice pillar can hide an other ice pillar",
nice name for a wild ice fall in Switzerland.

January 24th : ice climbing at the Crèmerie, in Argentière.
La Crèmerie is a great spot to start your experience of ice-climbing or to remind you all the tricks.

Remembering the basis of climbing ...

... before climbing higher up.

To finish with : "the great wall".

Perfect weather and amazing view ... what else ?!... A great itinerary, traversing at the bottom of the Aiguilles Rouges and facing the Mont-Blanc massif.

Skinning uphill for a little while, then ...

... a nice traverse.

And as a reward : untracked snow .

Down to the Col des Montets.

starting by a 40° grade gully !

the party at the foot of the gully: they made it !
