Registrations will be considered valid only if accompagnied by a deposit (30% of total).

Cancellation on your behalf:

- More than 45 days before departure, payment will be refunded less 45 € administration cost.
- From 45 to 21 days preceeding departure, 25 % of the total amount will be retained.
- From 20 to 8 days preceeding departure, 50 % of the total amount will be retained.
- From 7 to 2 days preceeding departure, 75 % of the total amount will be retained.
- Less than 2 days preceeding departure, 90 % of the total amount will be retained.

The Guides’ Company reserves the right to cancel an activity 72 hours before anticipated departure date if a minimum number of participants is not met.
In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Identity papers : don’t forget any necessary identification cards, passports, medical tags, etc ...

Carte Neige, Carte CAF or similar insurance is indispensable.

In case of corporal injury, the Guides’ Company declines all responsability after admission to the hospital nearest the accident. Any hospital costs (treatments, transfers, repatriation ...) are at the expense of the client.

Please remember that your guide is responsible for your safety and for the organization of your activity and for various reasons (weather, snow conditions, safety, group members, etc ...) may elect to modify your treck or course.

Organization of private trek and courses is possible for pre-established groups such as companies, clubs, families, friends, etc.
