Summer 2008 > High Altitude (1st 4000 course / Mont-Blanc) La Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix - version française
With the low density of the air in altitude, it's much more difficult to brize. So it's very important to try these ascents carefully and with some experience.

Anyway if you don't have any experience of high mountain we advise you to begin by a "1st 4000" course.
Great way to discover the high mountain and hihg altitude, you will "live" much better your ascents without to be "suffocate" by difficulties.

The Mont-Blanc, Highest top in the Alps, a dream ! But take care, it's really high mountain and high altitude so it's important to get some experience tio do it.
That's why we propose the ascent but also a course to prepare technicaly and for the altitude if you didn't practice recentely.

For the "strongest" ! or if you have a good mountain experience, you can try directely the ascent of the Mont-Blanc. F.A.Q. about Mont-Blanc
