Enjoy the mountains your own way !To each his mountain !
Your teenagers are cared for all day by a state qualified guide and his minibus, and are supervised during the activities by professionals : State qualified mountain biking guides and Rafting instructors.

PROGRAM
Monday : Mountainering & ice climbing on the glacier

Tuesday : Half day Canyoning & Zip-line (ACCROPARK)
Wednesday : Via corda & rafting
Thursday : Rock climbing & VTT
Friday : Full day canyoning

!! ATTENTION !! For all water activities (canyoning and rafting),  children must be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres and can swim under water. legal gardians must sign a swimming certificate.

GROUP SESSION

The group formula associates people who do not necessarily know each other. It is ideal for people looking for group friendliness and attractive prices.

Dates (group session) : Mondays to Fridays in July and August 2019 (school holidays)

Meeting point (group session) : 8.30am at the Compagnie des guides Outdoor office.
Return around 4.30pm

Supervision (group session) : Minimum 4 and maximum 8 teenagers per guide.
All outdoor activities are supervised and managed by qualified mountain professionals (either mountain guide or specialised rafting instructer).

Prices 2019 (group session) : Full-day 105 euros 
3 days or more of activity booked : 95€ per day

The price includes :
- Professional and certified guiding service,
- Private transfer,
- Specific technical equipment for each outdoor activity 
- Lift pass when required.

Equipment

You will find here the information about the specific equipment required each day. Since weather conditions can be very variable, it is better to stack thin layers than to have one big garment.

MONDAY : Mountaineering & ice climbing on a glacier
- Water proof trousers

- Back pack 20 litres minimum (to carry crampons etc...)
- Gloves        
- Windproof jacket
- Fleece jacket or sweater
- Sun glasses (even for 30 min. of sun)

TUESDAY : Canyoning / Zip line - Accro Park
- Swim suit
- Towel
- Old trainers/shoes to walk in the water
- Hiking shoes/ trainers to change into after the canyoning
 
WEDNESDAY : Via Corda / Rafting 
- Running shoes/trainers
- Sweater
- Windproof jacket
- Swim suit        
- Towel

 
THURSDAY : Rock Climbing & Mountain Biking
- Hiking shoes/trainers
- Climbing Shoes
- Gloves
- Sun glasses
- Biking shorts if possible or shorts/trousers depending on the weather
 
FRIDAY : Canyoning - full day
- Swim suit
- Towel        
- Old trainers/shoes to walk in the water
- Hiking shoes/ trainers to change into after the canyoning
- ID card/Passport
