Further information

Meeting Point
Please meet at 8:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the Compagnie des Guides reception desk (190 Place de l’Église in Chamonix)
An informational meeting is held the day before your trip at 6:00 p.m. This will allow you to finalize the last details with your guide.

The last day
The arrival time in Chamonix on the last day depends on the group’s pace, the weather, and trail conditions. If you need to book your return trip, we recommend booking it for as late as possible that evening or for the following day.

Difficulty Level
4/5
- The Tour du Mont-Blanc Complete hiking trip is a strenuous trek due to its length. It involves a minimum vertical gain of 700m (2350ft) and a maximum of 1300m (4265ft), with approximately 5 to 7 hours of hiking daily. The route follows generally well-maintained mountain trails, sometimes including off-trail sections. This multiday hike is ideal for individuals with trekking experience. Good physical conditioning and previous multiday hiking experience on mountain trails are required.

Accommodations
10 nights in double/twin rooms in inns or 1* to 3* hotels. In inns or basics hotels sanitories can be shared collectively.
⚠️ Due to the immense popularity of the Tour du Mont Blanc, the supply of accommodations falls short of demand. We always strive to place you as close as possible to the route, subject to availability. If the originally planned accommodations are fully booked, we will arrange for you to stay at another establishment of equivalent standard. This may result in additional transfers at the beginning and/or end of the day.

Meals
Accommodation is on a half-board basis, meaning a single menu is provided for the entire group (excluding special dietary requirements and allergies).
If you have special dietary needs or allergies, please specify them on your registration form so that our service providers can take them into account when preparing meals.

Transfers and Ski Lifts
- This trip includes use of the ski lifts.
- Transfers are provided to connect the various steps on the trip. You will use local public transportation and taxis.

Luggage
You will carry on your backpack your stuff for the day (water, warm clothes, rain protection and picnic).
Luggages transportation is included. One piece per person. Max 15kg.

The itinerary described here outlines the planned schedule for the trip. Distances and elevation gains are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the route taken.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any time based on mountain conditions (weather and trails) and the participants’ skill levels.

Guiding
