Kids camps in Chamonix offer a unique opportunity to discover the mountains through supervised activities in the Mont Blanc massif, both in summer and winter.
For over 20 years, the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix has been running camps and outdoor programs dedicated to children and teenagers aged 4 to 18. Supervised by experienced mountain professionals, participants explore the alpine environment through activities adapted to each age group. The Mini Wolves program (ages 4–7) focuses on playful discovery, the Kids camps (ages 7–13) offer active outdoor adventures, and the Teen camps (ages 13–18) introduce more challenging activities with a strong focus on mountain safety and progression.
Our kids camps and mountain programs take place over several days, offering full immersion in the alpine environment. Activities include hiking, climbing, nature exploration and outdoor games, with overnight stays in mountain huts, tents or adapted accommodation. These experiences help children build confidence, develop independence and create strong group connections, while discovering the landscapes and culture of the Alps in a safe and inspiring setting.
