Trail Running Camps
Our trail running camps in Chamonix are designed for runners seeking structured, multi-day progression in demanding alpine terrain within the Mont Blanc massif.
Over several days, the camps focuse on key performance components specific to mountain trail running: sustained elevation gain, efficient climbing technique, controlled descending, pacing strategy and energy management at altitude. Sessions combine long mountain runs, targeted technical drills and terrain analysis. Each participant benefits from individual feedback and coaching adjustments adapted to their level and objectives, whether preparing for an ultra-trail or building long-term performance in alpine environments.
The Mont Blanc massif provides an exceptional training ground, with steep climbs, technical singletracks and high-altitude routes that demand precision and endurance. Small group formats allow for personalised coaching, performance analysis and progressive workload management. These trail running camps are structured as an intensive training experience, aimed at developing autonomy, efficiency and resilience in true mountain terrain.
