General information

In the spirit of our experiences where you sleep under the stars, we invite you to discover the Fenestral hut, considered one of the most beautiful refuges in the Swiss Alps. Located at an altitude of 2,453 m in Valais, the hut was completely rebuilt in 2015 with the goal of allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the mountain landscape. The choice of a large south-facing bay window offers a stunning view. Comfortably settled inside, it feels as though you’re on a suspended bivouac with Mont Blanc as the backdrop. Unstaffed in winter, the hut not only provides a unique atmosphere but also exceptional comfort. It is equipped with a kitchen with running water and comfortable dormitories. From the family-friendly resort of Ovronnaz, set out to explore this paradise, perfect for ski touring at the start of the season. The area is particularly varied and offers a wide range of routes, perfectly suited for ski tourers with some prior experience.

This trip is part of a selection of tours we have specially chosen to allow you to go on a ski tour as early as the beginning of winter. Discover the Dents du Midi and Fenestral huts, offering extraordinary experiences; explore a wonder of Vallee d'Aosta, or dive into the heart of the Mont Blanc massif.
